Varied casting methods have been used at the studio to achieve desired results. Shown here is work in progress in a series of steps taken during a recent preparation and construction of a mold for an angel statuary.

Making the mold -- work in progress:

Fully restored - positioned to begin the mold .	Backround buildup with clay and foam slabs.	Clay bed on foam. Undercuts filled; coating of mold releace applyed.	First several coats of mold rubber applyed and let to dry for several days.	Mold rubber buildup to be thick enough to be removed later without tearing.
