PAYMENT OPTIONS: We gladly accept various forms of payment including PAYPAL, Money Orders and personal checks. Please feel free to e-mail us for additional instructions or details.

ALL MERCHANDISE IS CONSIDERED THE PROPERTY OF GIOVANNI CRAFTSMAN STUDIO UNTIL FULL PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED AND / OR YOUR PERSONAL CHECK HAS "CLEARED." ITEMS NOT PAID IN FULL AFTER THIRTY (30) DAYS OF FINAL BILLING NOTICE ARE SUBJECT TO MONTLY INTEREST. ITEMS NOT PAID IN FULL AFTER SIX (6) MONTHS BECOME THE PROPERTY OF GIOVANNI CRAFTSMAN STUDIO WITHOUT MONEY REFUNDS TO THE CLIENT.

CUSTOM ORDERS: Custom orders are welcome. Please note, in any transaction, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is needed to begin the work; and payment in full is required before your custom order is delivered.

RETURNS: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. However, at our discretion, any merchandise received that it is not to the customer's expectations MUST, be declared within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise. We routinely photograph items before shipping for our record. Authorization for return MUST, be obtained from Giovanni Craftsman Studio and MUST, be received in the original condition within 10 days. STUDIO CREDIT WILL BE AWARDED FOR AUTHORIZED RETURNS. WE DO NOT GIVE CASH REFUNDS. OUT RIGHT CASH REFUNDS WILL NOT BE AWARDED .

SHIPPING: Unless otherwise requested or advised differently by us, we usually ship via ground service or registered Postal Service. Insurance is optional but highly recommended. I am not responsible for lost or damaged items after it has been shipped. Unless you clearly specify to insure prior to shipping, I can presume you do not wish to insure your order.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS: Any merchandise that arrives to you in damaged conditions MUST, be reported within 2 days of receiving the shipment. Keep all packaging materials, as often the carrier will need to inspect the package and merchandise at your location. We advise to snap a few pictures for your record and send me a copy. Giovanni Craftsman Studio will immediately file a claim as needed with the carrier once you notify us.

Payment must be received within 7 days after auction ends; please e-mail to let me know your method of payment after receiving winning bid notice. I usually ship twice weekly. IMPORTANT! Tell me your zip code! Zip codes make it possible to determine your shipping fee.

Winning bidder will pay shipping costs.

When possible at your request I can combine several purchases to save on your shipping cost.

I accept money orders but PayPal is preferred and it saves time. I also accept personal checks but your order will not be shipped until your personal checks full amount have been cleared by the bank.

When not satisfied with your purchase, you must contact me within 48 hr. after receiving your order. When returning items, within 10 days from the time of your initial contact, only the item price is refunded.

I will and do not refund the insurance or both shipping costs. The return shipping cost will be deducted from the original item price.

Refunds will be awarded after items returned have been received and are in the same condition they were originally shipped to you. I routinely snap pictures of all our for sale items and use these photos as reference. Insured lost or damaged items during shipping must be reported to the carrier. I suggest to save the packaging and take a few pictures of you own as reference.

In regards to the word "NEW" in relation to any item presented for sale or auction: "NEW" does not necessarily means that the item presented for sale is a "BREND NEW ITEM." It rather means in most cases, unless specifically describes, to be a newly introduced item for sale or to be auctioned. When items are made or in part fabricated at Giovanni's Studio they will be described to the best of our ability.. For these and other reasons you as a buyer is encouraged to correspond with us and ask any questions before purchasing any items we have for sale or auctioned.
