Ceramic tiles have the everlasting qualities to survive some of nature's worst corrosive conditions. Tiles have outlasted the Roman Empire to the point where today we are still able to see in their near pristine condition the wonderful tiled craftsmanship made by the ancient artisans.

At our studio we have continued that same ancient tradition. We have designed custom tiles, hand painted and fired them in our kilns and incorporated them in many projects to meet our clients custom needs.

Recently we were fortunate to be part of the Third Avenue Restoration Project in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Working from historical photographs we first created watercolor renderings as a color guide. We later used these rendering to execute two hand painted large murals that upon completion were installed on the Third Avenue Bridge span support.

Please view below how the Third Avenue Restoration Project was done as well as others on this page.
